In her new role, Nardine will lead the hotel’s Sales department, spearheading commercial strategies across corporate, government, airline, MICE, leisure, and long-stay segments. She will focus on strengthening market positioning, expanding distribution channels, and building strategic partnerships to maximise revenue growth and enhance the overall guest experience.
Bringing with her over 20 years of international experience across the Middle East, Nardine has established a strong track record in strategic leadership, revenue optimisation, and the development of high-performing sales teams. Most recently, she served as Cluster Director of Sales for the pre-opening teams at Marriott Marquis Dubai and Hilton Dubai Creek Hotel & Residences, where she played a key role in building extensive corporate account portfolios and driving remarkable revenue growth during the hotels’ launch phase.
Throughout her career, Nardine has held senior leadership positions with several globally recognised hospitality brands, including Starwood, InterContinental Hotels Group, Marriott, and Hilton. She is widely respected for her ability to exceed sales targets, execute growth-driven initiatives, and nurture lasting stakeholder relationships. Fluent in English, French, and Arabic, Nardine blends strategic acumen with cultural adaptability, ensuring a personalised approach to clients and teams alike.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Nardine is passionate about community engagement and meaningful human connections. In her personal time, she enjoys travelling, socialising, swimming, jogging, and reading—pursuits that continually inspire creativity and fresh perspectives in her professional journey.
