With over 14 years of extensive hospitality experience across leading international hotel brands, Vineet brings a deep understanding of front office operations, guest relations, and team leadership. In his new role, he will oversee the hotel’s front office division, focusing on delivering exceptional guest experiences and upholding the highest standards of Marriott hospitality.
Vineet joins Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru Hebbal from Sheraton Grand Palace Indore, where he served as Rooms Division Manager, leading guest services and front office operations with a strong focus on operational efficiency and service excellence. His professional journey also includes leadership positions at several prestigious properties, including Sheraton Hyderabad Hotel, Novotel Hyderabad Airport, Oakwood Residence Kapil Hyderabad, Jaipur Marriott Hotel, JW Marriott Mussoorie Walnut Grove Resort & Spa, Radisson Blu GRT Chennai, and The Lalit Grand Palace Srinagar. Throughout his career, he has been recognized for his ability to drive guest satisfaction, mentor teams, and enhance operational performance.
A recipient of multiple industry accolades, Vineet has earned the “Unsung Hero of the Year 2024” and “Exceptional Performance of the Year 2023” awards at Sheraton Indore, along with several Manager of the Month recognitions at Sheraton Hyderabad. His consistent record of achieving top scores in guest satisfaction and quality audits stands as a testament to his commitment to excellence and his passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
Vineet holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Catering Management from Punjab University. Outside of work, he enjoys travelling, driving, listening to music, and meeting new people. His blend of professional expertise and personal interests fuels his creativity, resilience, and ability to connect with guests from diverse backgrounds—qualities that define his warm and approachable leadership style.
