Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort and Anantara World Islands Resort Unveil New Cluster Marketing Team to Drive Global Growth

Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort and Anantara World Islands Resort have announced the formation of a new Cluster Marketing team, tasked with enhancing brand visibility and expanding market reach both regionally and internationally. This strategic move supports the continued growth of both properties and their positioning as standout destinations within Dubai’s competitive luxury hospitality landscape.

Leading the charge is Konstantia Bagiourouki, appointed Cluster Director of Marketing & Communications in April 2025. She joins following a highly successful tenure at Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort, where she spearheaded a landmark launch campaign that generated nearly 700 media placements and delivered a 30% uplift in revenue. With over a decade of experience across the UAE, Oman, and Anantara’s flagship properties in the Maldives, Konstantia brings a global perspective and a proven track record in luxury hospitality marketing. A native of Greece, she holds a Master’s in Tourism Marketing from the Universidad de Cantabria and a Bachelor’s from the University of Attica. Her strategic leadership now steers the marketing vision for two of Dubai’s most iconic resorts.

Joining her is Firoze Edassery as Cluster Marketing Manager, bringing nearly 25 years of experience in media, design, and hospitality branding. He began his career in Oman as a Graphic Designer in 2001, and later became Brand Manager at dusitD2 Kenz Hotel Dubai, where he led marketing strategy and media planning. In 2022, he took on the role of Digital & Content Manager at the legendary QE2, where he redefined the vessel’s digital identity. Since joining Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort in June 2025, Edassery has leveraged his deep expertise in digital marketing to drive results and brand consistency across both properties.

Husni Tawil serves as Cluster Graphic Designer, having joined the resorts in March 2025. With a strong foundation in both hospitality operations and design, his career spans notable stints at Rosewood (Saudi Arabia), Shangri-La (Abu Dhabi), Hilton (Ras Al Khaimah), and Hyatt (Doha). He most recently held the position of Assistant Manager of Marketing & PR for Centara Hotels & Resorts across Dubai and the Maldives, overseeing digital content for five properties. Originally trained in room division management, Husni pivoted to design with a diploma from the Australian College in 2012, blending creativity with hospitality insight.

Samridhya Mukherjee takes on the role of F&B Marketing Specialist, combining strategic thinking with creative flair to spotlight the resorts’ culinary offerings. A multilingual graduate of Les Roches Global Hospitality Education, he began his career at Grand Hyatt Dubai, followed by a marketing internship at Anantara The Palm Dubai. He later supported the digital pre-opening campaign of Anantara Santorini Abu Dhabi before stepping into his current role in February 2025. Samridhya now leads digital storytelling, campaign development, and guest engagement for all dining venues across both properties.

Lara Haddad completes the team as Marketing Executive, bringing a fresh perspective rooted in wellness, storytelling, and content creation. Originally from Jordan, she holds a degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics and first made her mark as a content creator. She later transitioned into marketing roles with top agencies and luxury hotels, including a year and a half with Radisson Hotel Group in Amman. Since joining Anantara in June 2025, Lara has played a key role in campaign planning, content strategy, and partner engagement across a variety of platforms.

“We’re proud to have a dynamic team that not only understands our brand, but truly embodies it,” said Michael Robinson, General Manager at Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort. “Their collective experience and shared vision will be instrumental as we elevate our global profile and continue to deliver exceptional guest experiences.”

Sonia Sammut, Resort Manager at Anantara World Islands Resort, added: “This team brings a wealth of expertise and fresh energy to our marketing efforts. Their appointment marks an exciting chapter as we further establish ourselves as one of the most unforgettable escapes in the region.”
