Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah is delighted to announce the promotion of Nithya Mehrotra to the position of Director of Rooms, effective immediately.
In her new capacity, Ms. Mehrotra will oversee the entire Rooms Division, focusing on driving operational efficiency, elevating the guest experience, and fostering a high-performance team culture across the hotel.
Nithya Mehrotra began her journey with Hilton in 2021 as an Executive Housekeeper, playing a key role in the hotel’s successful opening. She later transitioned to Front Office Manager, a role in which she demonstrated exceptional leadership and commitment to guest satisfaction for over two years.
Her promotion follows the successful completion of Hilton’s SHINE 4D Global Leadership Development Program, underscoring her readiness to take on this senior leadership role.
