The Ritz-Carlton DIFC Appoints Nithin Aravind as Assistant Director of Human Resources

The Ritz-Carlton Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) is pleased to announce the appointment of Nithin Aravind as Assistant Director of Human Resources. Bringing over 12 years of extensive experience in luxury hospitality, much of which has been nurtured within The Ritz-Carlton brand, Nithin is set to play a pivotal role in strengthening the hotel’s HR function and talent management strategies.

Nithin began his distinguished career in 2012 at The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi Grand Canal, where he dedicated nearly a decade to progressive roles within Human Resources. Starting as an HR Coordinator and rising to Assistant Recruitment Manager, he was instrumental in enhancing recruitment processes, ensuring rigorous compliance standards, and supporting the ongoing development of talent across the property. His tenure there helped lay a strong foundation for his expertise in hospitality HR operations.

Building on this experience, Nithin expanded his leadership portfolio with senior roles at The Dubai Edition Hotel and W Dubai The Palm. Most recently, he served as the Preopening HR Manager at The Biltmore Hotel Villas Dubai, where he successfully led recruitment strategies, training and development programs, and performance management initiatives—key elements that contributed to the seamless launch of the property.

In his new role at The Ritz-Carlton DIFC, Nithin will oversee the entire human resources function with a dedicated focus on recruitment, talent development, and associate engagement. His leadership will be vital in reinforcing the hotel’s commitment to excellence and nurturing the growth and well-being of its “Ladies and Gentlemen,” the hallmark of The Ritz-Carlton service culture.
