Fairmont and Raffles Jaipur have announced the appointment of Urvashi Jha as the new Cluster Marketing & Communications Manager.

With extensive international experience in luxury hospitality and brand communications, Jha brings a strong command of digital strategy, market positioning, and integrated brand storytelling to her new role.

Her professional journey spans across leading brands including Hyatt, Hilton Worldwide, Schbang, and Scriptwallah, where she successfully designed and executed campaigns that elevated brand visibility, strengthened guest engagement, and positioned properties for both business and leisure travelers. Her expertise encompasses digital marketing, influencer collaborations, F&B promotions, content creation, and consumer engagement initiatives, making her a well-rounded communications leader.
