Kempinski Hotel Muscat is pleased to announce the promotion of Karim El Berkchi to the role of Hotel Manager, effective September 16, 2025.
Karim brings over two decades of international experience in luxury hospitality, having made a significant impact since joining the property in November 2023 as Director of Sales and Marketing. In this role, he successfully redefined the hotel’s commercial strategy, driving record-breaking revenues and setting new benchmarks in performance and excellence.
His career spans senior leadership positions with some of the world’s most prestigious hotel brands, including JW Marriott, Radisson Hotel Group, and Accor. Notably, he also served as Director of Operations at Mövenpick Hotel Bahrain, further enhancing his operational expertise and leadership credentials.
With his proven track record of strategic vision and results-driven leadership, Karim is well-positioned to guide Kempinski Hotel Muscat into its next chapter of growth and success.
