With a strong background in hospitality marketing, Youssef spent six successful years with Marriott Hotels, holding senior positions at flagship properties including Marriott Hotel Al Forsan Abu Dhabi, JW Marriott Marquis City Center Doha, and The Westin Cairo Golf Resort & Spa. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in enhancing brand visibility and positioning in highly competitive regional markets.
Blending Nordic sensibility with Middle Eastern warmth, Youssef’s multicultural heritage—born in Denmark with Egyptian roots—has shaped her ability to craft storytelling campaigns that resonate across cultures. Her marketing style combines creativity with strategic execution, delivering results that strengthen brand identity and connect with diverse audiences.
Beyond her corporate achievements, Youssef is a published author, ICF-certified life coach, and TEDx speaker, reflecting her people-centric leadership and talent for inspiring through narrative. Speaking on her new role, she said:
