Raffles Jeddah has announced the appointment of Azzah Al Ghamdi as Public Relations and Communications Manager as the property advances through its pre-opening phase.
With more than seven years of experience in luxury hospitality marketing and communications, Al Ghamdi will spearhead the hotel’s PR strategy, media engagement, and brand positioning as it prepares to open its doors on the Red Sea coast.
Al Ghamdi began her career with Kempinski Hotels, where she specialised in food and beverage marketing before expanding into rooms and spa, contributing to revenue growth and brand visibility. She later joined Shangri-La Jeddah, playing a central role in launching several dining outlets and managing campaigns that elevated the property’s regional profile.
Most recently, she served as Marketing and Communications Manager at Rosewood Jeddah, where she led strategic brand-building projects and supported Rosewood’s expansion into new Saudi destinations including The Red Sea, AMAALA, and Diriyah. During this time, she was also recognised as one of the Top 10 in-house PR and marketing professionals in Saudi Arabia at the Hotelier Saudi Awards 2025.
A skilled communicator, Al Ghamdi has developed expertise in digital marketing, media relations, and creative storytelling, overseeing high-profile campaigns and forging relationships with leading media across the region and internationally.
Her appointment underscores Raffles Jeddah’s focus on strategic communications as it positions itself to become a cultural and lifestyle landmark in the Kingdom.
