Chef Sougata Halder, boasts a distinguished culinary career with extensive experience across prominent hospitality brands, demonstrating exceptional leadership and culinary expertise. Starting his career as a Kitchen Executive Trainee at The Chancery Pavilion, Bangalore, in April 2009, Chef SougataHalder swiftly moved up the ranks to DCDP at MoevenpickHotel and Spa, Bangalore, in March 2011.
Prior to this, Chef Halder held the position of Executive Chef at Courtyard By Marriott Colva Goa, Fairfield by Marriott Goa and at Aloft Bengaluru Cessna Business Park. His broad spectrum of roles and responsibilities across various esteemed establishments underscores his versatility and unwavering commitment to culinary excellence.
