Hailing from Antigua and Barbuda, Chef Terry brings a wealth of culinary expertise, blending global flavors with a passion for authenticity. With over 15 years of experience spanning the Caribbean, UK, and USA, Chef Christopher’s background includes prestigious roles at luxury brands like Aman, Rosewood Resorts, and Sandals Resorts. Recognized for his mastery, he has received awards such as the Artisan Award at the Antigua & Barbuda National Youth Awards and Young Chef of the Year by the Antigua Hotel’s and Tourist Association.

Chef Christopher’s culinary philosophy emphasizes the use of high-quality, locally-sourced ingredients to create dishes that celebrate genuine flavors through simplicity. This ethos aligns seamlessly with The Nautilus’s commitment to providing exceptional and authentic dining experiences.
