Having commenced his journey with Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Deira Creek in 2012 as a Front Desk Agent, Moustafa swiftly rose through the ranks, showcasing exceptional talent and dedication. His ascent to positions of increasing responsibility, including Front Desk Supervisor and Service Manager, underscored his commitment to excellence and leadership prowess. Joining the pre-opening team of Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Waterfront in 2017 as a Reception Manager, Moustafa played a pivotal role in shaping the guest experience and optimizing operational efficiency. His proactive approach and innovative solutions garnered him accolades such as Manager of the Year in 2016 and 2019.

Beyond his managerial duties, Moustafa actively contributed to the pre-opening phases of Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Canal View and Radisson Resort Ras Al Khaimah, Marjan Island, demonstrating his expertise in setting up operational systems and training team members. His dedication to refining standard operating procedures and providing continuous training to the Front Office team further exemplifies his commitment to excellence.

Outside the realm of hospitality, Moustafa is a passionate aficionado of the sea and fishing, a hobby he cultivated from a young age. His perseverance and adventurous spirit have been evident in his participation and success in fishing competitions, including a notable win in an online competition hosted by Emarine Hub in April 2023. Additionally, Moustafa gained valuable experience in his homeland of Egypt at Rehana Sharm Resort and Oberoi Sahl Hasheesh Hurghada.
