He held various esteemed positions before joining Radisson Blu Dubai Media City and Park Inn by Radisson Dubai Motor City, showcasing his leadership and culinary skills. Notable roles include Executive Chef at Sofitel London Heathrow, Executive Chef at Park Plaza London Waterloo, F&B Operations Director at Macdonald Aviemore Resort and Executive Chef at Hilton London Wembley. Anthony’s culinary journey also includes significant achievements as Executive Chef at Hilton London Wembley, where he catered to high-profile events and sports teams, including the Great Britain Olympic team’s welcome home celebration and Matchroom boxing fights.

Throughout his career, Anthony has demonstrated a commitment to excellence, innovation, and leadership in the culinary arts. His wealth of experience and proven track record make him a valuable addition to the Radisson Blu Dubai Media City and Park Inn by Radisson Dubai Motor City teams.
