Having started her journey with Hyatt Hotels Corporation in 2019 as an Assistant Manager, Agnes quickly rose through the ranks to become a Manager – Housekeeping in 2022. Prior to her tenure at Hyatt, she gained valuable experience working with Oberoi Hotels & Resorts.
Agnes holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from Delhi Institute of Hotel Management and a Post Graduate Diploma in Housekeeping Management from The Oberoi Center of Learning and Development.
With a passion for excellence, innovation, and inclusion, Agnes is committed to creating a positive culture in the housekeeping department at Park Hyatt Chennai. Her goal is to become a leader in housekeeping management while fostering a work-life balance and promoting a culture of excellence within her team.
