Midhul Manmadhan embarks on a new chapter in his career as he assumes the role of Human Resources Manager at Velero Hotel Doha Lusail, which is soon to be a part of the esteemed Vignette Collection by IHG Hotels & Resorts.

With over 13 years of experience in the hotel industry, Midhul brings a wealth of expertise in HR, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition & Talent Management, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Compensation & Benefits, ISO Internal Audits, and more.
He expressed his gratitude to Liezl Meier, Mohamed Azakir MBA, CIHRM, Amit Caroli, and Ken Simcox for their confidence in him and for offering him this incredible opportunity for growth.
Prior to this appointment, Midhul served as the Assistant People and Culture (HR) Manager at Abesq Doha Hotel & Residences, a Luxury & Lifestyle hotel by IHG and also held various HR managerial roles in esteemed hotel establishments across Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman.
As the Human Resources Manager at Velero Hotel Doha Lusail, Midhul will oversee HR operations, including recruitment, talent management, employee engagement, and more, ensuring the hotel’s success in providing exceptional hospitality services.
Midhul holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Hospitality & Hotel Administration from the Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology (IHMCT) in Kovalam, Trivandrum.
