Rasha Ghoul is named DHR at The Ritz-Carlton, Bahrain
Ghoul will now lead the HR division of the Ritz-Carlton, Bahrain, assisting with talent acquisition, management, employee relations and other facets of human resources.
She has been with the hotel since 2012, starting out as a training manager before climbing up to director of learning and development. Throughout her near-decade long tenure at this resort, she has led a range of initiatives which have boosted learning at the hotel and worked to nurture local Bahraini talent.
“Ghoul was paramount in keeping our team safe and secure throughout the global crisis. Rasha has been an important part of the Human Resources team and she has been a key figure in the hotel’s business continuity plans during these unique times,” said the GM.
