Kym is a highly accomplished and results-oriented Food and Beverage Professional with operational leadership experience across large scale luxury food and beverage operations within integrated resorts/casinos, five-star international and boutique hotel brands. He is know to utilize his extensive expertise and knowledge to drive and increase revenue and profit growth and build long term business success.

Barter formerly served as the General Manager Premium Restaurant Operations of Crown Melbourne, overseeing 20 restaurants including various award-wining destinations including Nobu, Number 8, Silks, and Koko in addition to venues such as The Merrywell and Mr. Hive Kitchen & Bar (formerly Maze by Gordon Ramsay).
Prior to joining Atlantis Dubai Kym was Senior Vice President Food and Beverage at Wynn Las Vegas, He has also worked with Wynn Palace Macao, Nobu Hospitality Riyadh, Crowne Melbourne, Shangri-La Hongkong in various leadership positions in food & beverage.
