A food and beverage specialist with over 20 years of experience across the hospitality and multi-cultural F&B industry within the UAE. Having commenced his career with Le Royal Méridien Beach Resort and Spa Dubai in 2001, Zaki worked across major leading hospitality groups as part of their opening champions such as Grosvenor House Luxury Collection, Shangri-La Hotel, Intercontinental Hotel, The Ritz Carlton Hotel, and many major names like Etihad Airways and other International Franchises.
Zaki’s skills include operations and resource management, duty management and audit, FOH & BOH management, catering & delivery, recruitment management supplier liaison What deserves a special mention is his proficiency in management of operations for a variety of concepts.
