Chef Prabhat Ranjan appointed as Sous Chef at Le Meridien Nagpur
Prabhat Ranjan has been appointed as Sous Chef at Le Meridien Nagpur. Prabhat developed his specialism as a continental chef through 12 years of experience on five-star hotels across India, for brands such as Marriot, Leela and ITC. Priding himself on creating innovative handcrafted food and Italian, French delights, Prabhat hopes to bring this flair to the menus of Le Meridien Nagpur. Whilst Prabhat will work across the different restaurants at the hotel, he will predominantly lead the continental cuisine at latest recipe- the perfect place to enjoy a day. Guests are invited to savour local delights, Italian and other international cuisines.
Throughout his career, he has also worked in various capacities with various properties of national and international hospitality brands, including Marriott Whitefield Bangalore, Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel at Brigade Gateway, The Leela Palace Bangalore, ITC Bangalore.
