Langham Hospitality Group announced the appointment of Qi Ai as Chef de Cuisine of Travelle.
Born and raised in Beijing, Ai acquired a B.A. in Chinese Language and Literature at Peking University before moving to Chicago to pursue her culinary passion. She earned her A.A.S in Culinary Arts at the Kendall College, and has been part of The Langham family since 2019.
"Hospitality for me is creating unforgettable memories,” Ai says. “I want to take my guests on a journey of the world with me to experience tastes from every culture made with local and seasonal ingredients. I strive to create lasting memories for our guests.”
