InterContinental Al Jubail announces the appointment of Saleh Seferji as Director of Human Resources of InterContinental Al Jubail Resort effective April 2021
In addition to his Area role as Area HR Director- KSA East and Bahrain. Saleh is a senior management professional with 14 years of experience across diverse organizational domains entailing strategic planning, program implementation, human resource management, process improvement, automation, organizational development, payroll administration and project management.
He has gained significant exposure in aligning policies/procedures to people strategies, mapped requirements; defining KPOs to HR-related activities and transforming organization aimed at employee welfare, retention, optimizing human capital potential.
Saleh Seferji holds a bachelor's degree from the faculty of law at Cairo University and two higher diploma from American University Cairo in HRM and Hotel and motel Management. Saleh also has many certificates in the HR field as well as a filiation of SHRM.
Saleh has wide experience in multinational companies holding different roles, having many achievements and known for the Saudization implementation.
