Marriott International Named One of Fortune’s 100 Best Companies to Work For A Record 24th Year in a Row
Marriott International was named one of the 2021 Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For® by Great Place to Work. Marriott International is also proud to have placed on the list every year since it was first published in 1998, the only hospitality company with this distinction, and to be recognized as one of the Great Place to Work Legends™.
According to Fortune, this year’s list “honors the most heroic companies supporting their people and communities in the U.S. during this historically challenging year.” People analytics firm Great Place to Work® surveyed over half a million employees on issues including how trustworthy, caring, and fair the company is in times of crises; employees’ physical, emotional, and financial health; and the company’s broader community impact.
In 1927, newlyweds J. Willard and Alice S. Marriott started a business with a simple but powerful idea - take care of the employees, they will take care of the customers, and the customers will come back again and again.
