Chalet Hotels recognized as Great Places to Work

  • Chalet Hotels recognised as Great Places to Work for the second consecutive year

    Chalet Hotels Ltd., owner, developer and asset manager of high-end hotels in key metro cities of India, has been recognized and certified in the 2021 list of Great Places to Work (GPTW) for the second consecutive year by Great Place to Work® Institute (India). 

    With its people-first approach, and policies paralleled to the best globally, Chalet Hotels believes that employee satisfaction is key to business. The Company invests in its people along its journey to strengthening a high trust, high performance culture at work.

    The last year saw Chalet Hotels quickly adapt and institute processes to ensure smooth workflow, while keeping employee well-being at the core.

    Some of the initiatives introduced by the Company include 1to1Help – Reach Out, in partnership with 1to1Help aimed at addressing mental health concerns, virtual townhalls and meetings with the CEO to keep employees connected and motivated, rewards and recognitions to celebrate milestones together, knowledge enhancement sessions, and skill upgrading modules, to name a few.

    In addition to this, as a step towards safeguarding its people, Chalet Hotels Ltd. also announced vaccine coverage for all employees.
