The latest entrant in the Delhi restaurant scene, Amaltas has curated a special, vegetarian, gluten-free Modern Indian menu that offers an array of dishes with culinary influences from across the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The menu offers dishes that are exclusively designed by Chef Udit Maheshwari to delight one’s taste buds with distinct flavors while abiding by the restrictions of the sattvik Navratri diet. The selection of unique dishes includes\u00a0Peanut<\/strong>\u00a0Kadhi<\/strong>, a delectable peanut & yoghurt kadhi with ricotta pakodas and topped with curry leaf oil & served with a pumpkin-samak pulao and\u00a0Navratri<\/strong>\u00a0Pasanda<\/strong>, a perfect meal combination of cottage cheese rolls in a pumpkin seed-pistachio curry topped with roasted makhana served with Kootu or Buckwheat and potato paratha.To round off the menu, starters like\u00a0White<\/strong>\u00a0Paneer<\/strong>\u00a0Tikka<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Aloo Pattice\u00a0<\/strong>and desserts like\u00a0Red Pumpkin & Poppy Halwa\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0Salted Caramel Kheer.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
