With his strong management and leadership skills, Rakesh will be responsible for total maintenance and sanitation in all food production & service areas and adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, and other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Rakesh started his career as a Kitchen Helper with Trident Kochi and further associated with Vivanta By Taj Kochi, Zuri Kumarakom, Hilton Trivandrum with a consistent growth in his career for various assignments. His last assignment prior joining with Crowne Plaza Kochi was with Le Meridien Kochi as Kitchen Stewarding Manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Rakesh is very passionate for sports and his favorite games are football, Tug of War, Short put and Cricket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
