Indian cuisine is as vibrant and diverse as the country itself. Different states and regions within India have their unique cooking methods, spices and local ingredients. When it comes to Rajasthani cooking, it was influenced by the war-like lifestyle of its inhabitants and the availability of the ingredients. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

So do you wish to dine like royals ?  Head to Royal Flavors of Rajasthan Food Festival at Infinity, Crowne Plaza Mayur Vihar<\/strong> celebrating the best of Rajasthani Cuisine. Commencing on August 19, 2022<\/strong> , the guests visiting the property will get to enjoy the spread that will run for 10 days till August 28, 2022<\/strong> . <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Food Festival is a celebration of all things Rajasthani, and will showcase the best of the state’s culinary heritage. The specially curated menu by the will features traditional preparations like Dal Banjara, Ker Sangri, Gatte ka Pulao, , Laal Maas, Junglee Maas and Dal Bati Churma. Desserts like Ghewar, Rajasthani Laapsi and Badam Halwa will also be offered. The restaurant will also be decked-up in traditional d\u00e9cor along with Rajasthani folk music, puppet show, kachhi ghodi folk dance to set the tone right for the dinner. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
