{"id":6519,"date":"2022-06-23T12:25:44","date_gmt":"2022-06-23T12:25:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hoteliersweb.com\/News\/?p=6519"},"modified":"2022-06-23T12:25:47","modified_gmt":"2022-06-23T12:25:47","slug":"itc-hotels-elevates-atul-bhalla-as-area-manager-for-hotels-in-west-east-region-india","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hoteliersweb.com\/News\/articles\/6519","title":{"rendered":"ITC Hotels elevates Atul Bhalla as Area Manager for hotels in West &#038; East Region, India"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><em>In the new role, Atul would oversee operational excellence of thirteen lifestyle and luxury brands of ITC Hotels along with other upcoming projects in Western &amp; Eastern India.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>June 22<sup>nd<\/sup> , Mumbai, Maharashtra<\/strong>&#8211; In the recent career advancement Atul Bhalla is promoted to the Area Manager for ITC Hotels in West &amp; East India.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a key member of ITC Hotels\u2019 leadership think tank, Atul will be based in Mumbai as the General Manager, ITC Maratha and will oversee operational excellence for group\u2019s portfolio in Eastern &amp; Western India with thirteen operating hotels under ITC Luxury Collection and WelcomHotel; and upcoming lifestyle hotel brands in the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Atul will be responsible for creating and executing a strategic road map working with the hotel General Managers to drive stakeholders\u2019 value and establish brand equity via culture agility, service quality and guest satisfaction, customer acquisition and associates retention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Atul has over 28 years of hospitality experience and is a 24-year veteran with ITC Hotels; his journey with the group started in 1998 at ITC Kakatiya, Hyderabad and since then, he has held Senior Management positions across various ITC Hotels in Bangalore, Delhi and Mumbai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Some of the noteworthy achievements of his tenure includes a successful launch of <strong>ITC Royal Bengal<\/strong>, 14<sup>th<\/sup> luxury hotel of ITC in India and metamorphosing the largest complex operation with ITC Sonar.
