It will feature a handcrafted menu including baos, hot appetizers, flat top grills and more.  Patrons can choose from delicious appetizers like \u2018Liu Pepper Chicken\u2019<\/em><\/strong> and \u2018Umami Roasted Potatoes\u2019<\/em><\/strong>, followed by assorted dimsums like \u2018Jiaodong Seafood Dumpling\u2019<\/em><\/strong> and \u2018Corn Nut Dumplings\u2019<\/em><\/strong>. A special course, characteristic to the cuisine, is Spread of ka (grills)<\/em><\/strong> accompanied by sauces. The main course boasts of dishes like the \u2018Dezhou Braised Chicken\u2019<\/em> <\/strong>and \u2018Exotic Taisan Vegetables\u2019<\/em>, <\/strong>among many more. The chefs will also prepare a selection of exquisite desserts to complement the meal, like \u2018Candy Sweet Potatoes\u2019<\/em><\/strong> and \u2018Black Sesame Steamed Cake\u2019<\/em><\/strong>.
