Amit started his extensive journey as a human resources professional in 2008 as an executive in Country Club of India. From there on, he climbed up the ladder by working with renowned brands like Sahara Star & The Lalit Hotels. In early 2016, Amit joined Marriott for the first time with JW Marriott Pune, where he was appointed as Assistant Manager – Human Resources and was later promoted to Human Resources Manager. Later in\u00a02016, Amit shifted to Accor hotels where he played the role of Talent & Culture Manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
However, in December 2017, Amit rejoined Marriott with The Ritz Carlton Bangalore where he acted as the Human Resources Manager. Finally, in late 2020, Amit joined our Sheraton Grand Chennai Resort & Spa as Human Resources Manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Amit is known for his friendly and competent attitude in the workplace, and is always up and ready for driving employee engagement and acing in all aspects of being a true HR professional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
