Evidently, dentistry was not Khan\u2019s destiny and a year-long delay to start his studies allowed him the time to work at a seafood restaurant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While he was working in the restaurant, he came across\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.caterermiddleeast.com\/outlets\/inked-dubai-founders-launch-uaes-first-vegan-sushi-restaurant-moby\" target=\"_blank\">sushi\u00a0<\/a>for the first time. Initially shocked by people eating raw fish (not something he had come across in Pakistan or Kuwait), he soon began learning about it. His curiosity became a passion and, before long, all thoughts of inspecting people\u2019s teeth vanished and he dedicated his time to learning the art of sushi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since then Khan has worked with the likes of\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.caterermiddleeast.com\/news\/global-lifestyle-brand-nobu-unveils-saudi-arabia-restaurant-hotel\" target=\"_blank\">Nobu\u00a0Matsuhisa<\/a>,\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=fgIt2OG2M5E\" target=\"_blank\">Masayoshi Kazato<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/thepotluckclub.co.za\/luke-dale-roberts-bio\" target=\"_blank\">Luke Dale Roberts<\/a>\u00a0in Cape Town, Tokyo and Dubai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Usman said, &#8220;I\u2019m very passionate about my profession, people and nature. I have worked in south Africa, Japan, Bahrain and UAE.
