He has over 18 years of experience in the hospitality industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Before joining here, he was working with the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hotelierindia.com\/uncategorized\/louvre-hotels-group-buys-into-sarovar-hotels\">&nbsp;Sarovar Group<\/a>&nbsp;in the same capacity. Armed with a diploma in hospitality and an MBA in hospitality, he joined the Marriott group as Food and Beverage&nbsp;assistant. Later he moved to&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hotelierindia.com\/fb\/itc-grand-central-rekindles-spirits-of-ramadan-with-bespoke-hampers\">ITC<\/a>&nbsp;Parel. He also worked in Italy for a while before heading back to his motherland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cajetan brings with him an expertise in planning, forecasting and budgeting the revenues for the Food and Beverage Department. He has experience in enhancing revenue by re-organizing business direction towards profitability, visibility and growth.
