The Ritz Carlton. DIFC is delighted to announce the promotion of Vincenzo Gazzilli to Food & Beverage Manager, effective April 1. 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Vincenzo has been an integral member of the F&B leadership team since February 2018 when he joined the hotel as Restaurants General Manager. Since his appointment and under his able leadership. Flair 5 remains one of DIFC’s most successful outlets and a significant contributor to the hotel’s bottom line profitability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In January of this year. he was requested to expand his operational remit to step in to fill a gap in senior leadership in the Food and Beverage division. while a search for a successor was undertaken. In the interim, he has tackled the challenges with persistence and sense of purpose. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
He played in active role in the planning and launching of our Sunday Roast Family Brunch and has ensured that the F&B division continues to deliver exceptional results throughout one of busiest quarters in the history of the hotel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
