This would be his second stint with this stunning hotel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With over two decades in the hotel industry scene in Middle East, Mohamed Mora is a great addition to the team of Raffles Dubai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prior to joining this role he was the Assistant Director of Food &amp; Beverage at the Sofitel Dubai Wadi since Jan 2020. He had taken a lateral movement to this role from Raffles Dubai. Mohamed Mora joined the Raffles team back in 2009 as a Supervisor in F&amp;B Service. He grew up the ladder over the years in Raffles Hotels &amp; Resorts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He started as a waiter with Sheraton Soma Bay in 2003, and has also worked with IHG for 2 years before he moved in to Raffles Hotels &amp; Resorts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He has completed a Bachelor in Computer Science from Cairo University. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We wish Mohamed Mora\u00a0the very best for his new role as Director of Food &amp; Beverage at Raffles Dubai.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mohamed Mora\u00a0appointed as the Director of Food &amp; Beverage for Raffles Dubai.
