He has a well rounded experience in the hotel industry spanning over 14 years. He joined IHG in October 2020 as an EAM – Food & Beverage at the same property where he was elevated to a Hotel Operations Manager role in June 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Martijn played an important role in repositioning the 4 star Ramada Jumeirah to this stunning 5 star Crowne Plaza Dubai Jumeirah. He also ensured the hotel gave positive owner returns even when others struggled in the pandemic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Martijn Zengerink is a hands-on and result oriented hospitality professional with extensive operational background in both rooms and Food & Beverage, having worked across 5-star hotels in Europe, Middle East and Southeast Asia resulting in extensive exposure to intercultural communication and leadership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He is a quick and rational thinker with strong commercial and financial acumen and a proven track record at various properties. Prior to joining the IHG, he spend major time in his career with Amari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Martijn holds a bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Hotel Management School Maastricht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
