She started her career in hospitality industry as a Reservations agent in Oberoi Hotels &amp; Resorts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She has completed her bachelors degree in Tourism &amp; Travel Services Management from IGNOU. She also holds a diploma in Airport Management &amp; Customer Care. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prior to taking on this role she was the front office manager at Crowne Plaza Today, Gurugram.
