He holds a degree in hospitality management and tourism and brings a two decade experience to the role.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He took his first sales postion at the Wild Wadi, where he managed the segments including Government &amp; Diplomat, Corporate, Group &amp; leisure segments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Over his 2 decades in the industry he worked in individual &amp; cluster roles with Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Madinat Jumeirah, Emirates Towers, Jumeirah Creekside, Bab Al Shams, Jumeirah Zabeel Saray &amp; Meydan Hotel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After 11 years with the Jumeirah group, Slieman joined Marriott&#8217;s five years ago.
