In his new role, Chef Siddarth will oversee the entire functioning of Sofitel Mumbai BKC\u2019s four food and beverage outlets including the award-winning restaurants of Pondich\u00e9ry Caf\u00e9 \u2013 All-day dining, Jyran \u2013 tandoor dining & lounge, Tuskers \u2013 vegetarian dining & bar and Artisan \u2013 bar & garden lounge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Chef Siddarth has earlier worked with brands such as Hyatt and Novotel. In addition to a Culinary Art Master Class with Alain Ducasse, he has completed his Diploma in Hotel Management Catering Technology from Rizvi College.
