Once you enjoy the sun, sea, and sand of the Maldives, it&#8217;s hard not to come back!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During his last time being employed in the Maldives, he was the&nbsp;Director of Sales &amp; Marketing of Six Senses in 2012, and then of MINOR Hotels in 2014.&nbsp;He then departed the island nation and successfully built and developed&nbsp;Uma Ilha Business &amp; Management Consultancy in his home country, Mauritius.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pascal is the holder of a&nbsp;Bachelor\u2019s degree in Hotel Management from Lyc\u00e9e H\u00f4telier La Renaissance in France and he has almost 2 decades of experience in the tourism and hospitality industries of Maldives and Mauritius.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI am excited to be back in Maldives after four years. Looking forward to work with an incredible and passionate team of hospitality professionals, shaping up the future of this wonderful all-pool villa resort, and welcoming our guests and partners from around the world to the first Radisson property in the destination.\u201d Says Pascal. The positioning of the property in the market is his forte, which will definitely ensure a healthy business mix and achieve the company\u2019s targets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pascal likes to enrich his day with outdoor activities, or cooking whilst looking forward to traveling again.
