An experienced hospitality professional, he brings with him 13 years of experience in leadership and managing large teams across several properties of Marriott.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An alumnus of IMI, Switzerland, with his management skills, he will lead us to identify new avenues for a profitable business with expertise in developing and following up on the service standards and operational services.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Before his current role, he was the Director of rooms for Renaissance Hotel Bangalore. He headed the entire operations of the hotel and managed over a large number of associates, executives, and managers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sehgal began his journey with\u00a0Courtyard by Marriott, Pune, as a Front Office Associate. He has worked with esteemed Marriott brands in India such as Bangalore Marriott Hotel, JW Marriott Hotel Aerocity, New Delhi and Bangalore Marriott Hotel, Whitefield.
