He joined them in 2016 as Director of Food &amp; Beverage and was elevated to a Hotel Manager role in October 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With close to 2 decades in the hospitality scene, Turgay is highly regarded for his Food &amp; Beverage skills. Most of his experience in his career comes from Hilton &amp; Rixos brands in the middle east. He started his journey as a head waiter in 2003 at Jasmine Court Hotel &amp; Casino, Turkey.
