He had joined the property as Executive Sous Chef in Jan 2020<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In his former role, Chef Jaskaran Gujral served as the Executive Sous Chef at The Crowne Plaza, Ahmedabad for approximately 2 years. Before that, he was Sous Chef at LM Goa. He has been associated with other reputed organizations such as The Oberoi, Skytower Istanbul, Planet Hollywood Goa, Le Meridian Goa, and Crowne Plaza Ahmedabad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He has worked in different capacities in the culinary department from a Jr. Sous Chef to Executive Sous Chef. He\u2019s won many laurels like the \u2018Young Hotelier Award 2021\u2019 by Hotelier India and was nominated as Young Chef of the Year in 2019.
