He will spearhead the hotel\u2019s operations and streamline \u200eprocesses to ensure guest satisfaction, attention to details and quality standards as well as to establish \u200ekey performance objections that will drive sustainable, profitable, and innovative growth at Aloft \u200eDubai Creek. \u200e<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Prior to joining Aloft Dubai Creek, Bassila worked as the Cluster EAM at Westin and Le Meridian Hotel \u200ein Bahrain which are both connected to City Centre Bahrain by Majid Al Futtaim.
