Previously he was the hotel\u2019s executive chef, notably bringing Bull &amp; Bear to the forefront of Dubai gastronomy during that time for almost 3 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He always wanted to be a chef!  Leader by nature, he has always strived to be a role model to the young chefs. Exceptionally successful in leading cross-functional teams to meet and exceed corporate and owner expectations.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As he steps into his new role, Vespero said: \u201cAfter 25 years of experience in the culinary field, I am excited to take on an exciting challenge that will take me out of my comfort zone.
