Our culinary team churns out specialties from the various states of India and the Bar team will enthrall the guests with locally flavored & refreshing mocktails through the brunch. The restaurant team will usher our guests in traditional Indian attire to mark respect to the cultural diversity of India, this Republic Day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Guests can have their kids engaged with fun games and activities at the dedicated Kids Corner. Chefs will be curating a menu that will consist of dishes from across the different states of India such as Sarso ka saag, makki ki roti, kulcha & Amritsari chole from Punjab, Bengali prawn malai curry, chicken kosha, misti pulao & green pea kachori, Rajasthani dal baati choorma and local delicacies such as panniyaram, idiyappam, clay pot cooked fish curry and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Indian Dessert: Thandai Phirni, Paan Coconut Ladoo, Wheat Malpua, Chenna kheer, Apple Jalebi, Guvava Rasagula, Mango Rasamalai & Kavuni Arisi Payasam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ambience: The outdoor ambience to replicate the colors & culture of the country through its beautiful cabana\u2019s turned into tableaux of different states that will also feature fun games & activities such as parrot astrology, caricature, bangles, pot making, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
