{"id":2229,"date":"2021-12-30T10:51:07","date_gmt":"2021-12-30T10:51:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hoteliersweb.com\/News\/?p=2229"},"modified":"2021-12-30T10:51:09","modified_gmt":"2021-12-30T10:51:09","slug":"francesco-greco-appointed-as-executive-chef-at-four-seasons-hotel-amman-jordan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hoteliersweb.com\/News\/articles\/2229","title":{"rendered":"Francesco Greco Appointed as Executive Chef At Four Seasons Hotel Amman , Jordan"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fourseasons.com\/amman\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Four Seasons Hotel Amman<\/a>&nbsp;announces that&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/press.fourseasons.com\/amman\/hotel-team\/francesco-greco.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Francesco Greco<\/a>&nbsp;is the new Executive Chef overseeing all of the Hotel&#8217;s culinary operations that include La Capitale Brasserie, Olea Restaurant, The Foyer Lounge, Five Grill &amp; Lounge, as well as in-room dining and banqueting events. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Born in Milan, Italy, Francesco has more than 30 years of experience in the culinary and hospitality industries, where he has inherited Milan\u2019s world-renowned creativity and applied it to the art of cooking no matter where he is around the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>His wealth of experience working at some of the most prestigious hotels and restaurants across the globe includes three Michelin-starred restaurant Taillevent in Paris; the Galleria at Hotel Principe di Savoia Milan; Palladio at the Hotel Ritz Carlton Shanghai; and Michelin rated restaurants in Hong Kong and Macau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Francesco has also worked with famous French Chefs Alain Soliveres and Christian Rassinoux, and a number of highly respected Italian chefs, such as Michelin starred Chef Paola Budel, prot\u00e9g\u00e9 of the famous Chef Gualtiero Marchesi; and Chef Romano Resen, a legendary chef specialising in fine dining regional Italian cooking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prior to coming to Amman, Francesco\u2019s most recent hospitality experience was in Indonesia where he spent more than five years as the director of culinary in charge of a French brasserie known as L\u2019Avenue at The Hermitage Hotel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From Paris to Shanghai, Singapore, New York, Hong Kong, Jakarta, London and now Amman, Francesco continues to deliver international cuisines, modern techniques and a fusion of creativity to the table.
