Also earmarking the occasion was the launch of their one of a kind impressionistic art lounge \u2018Atelier\u2019 at Crowne Plaza Chennai Adyar Park.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In keep with the hotel\u2019s tradition of pledging cause-support initiative every festive season; this year Crowne Plaza Chennai started working on the concept of Art Lounge with a vision to provide a showcase platform to the young &amp; budding artist of Chennai \u2013 working with impressionistic displays, installations, and canvas art. &nbsp;Atelier is aimed to create much needed exposure opportunity for the young artist to the discerning art connoisseurs of the city.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-1 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\"><ul class=\"blocks-gallery-grid\"><li class=\"blocks-gallery-item\"><figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"blob:https:\/\/hoteliersweb.com\/7df7a978-0ef0-49be-8986-385b8a2a3161\" data-id=\"\"\/><\/figure><\/li><\/ul><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>14 Feet Art Installation is conceptualised by three generations of Artist&nbsp;<strong>Mrs.Premalatha<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Mr.Bhagwan Chavan<\/strong>, and&nbsp;<strong>Mr. Aparajithan Adimoolam<\/strong>&nbsp;associated with BCRAF (Bhagwan Chavan Research Art Foundation) and Cholamandal Artist Village. The Tree is an illusionistic walk-in art piece repurposed from 8 mm Plywood discard, appealing to the childlike enamour of surprise with its morning and evening colour transition, angled views and towering cut patterns for light reflections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The event showcased season\u2019s freshly baked rich plum cakes, Christmas goodies, stolen breads and hand-rolled chocolates which the guest can buy as gift hampers from the hotel\u2019s Christmas Chalet sampling suite. The culinary brigade of the hotel also gave a sneak peek into art lounge\u2019s tasting menu with some unique small plates, farm fresh charcuterie and artisanal smorgasboard with hot canapes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>This Christmas do was attended by VVIP and Celebrities like Actress Bhumika Chawla, Kiki Vijay, Chaitanya Rao, Anita Chandoke along with Chennai\u2019s favourite Fashionistas and Celebrities.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Speaking on the occasion&nbsp;<strong>Mr.Anand Nair<\/strong>, General Manager&nbsp;<em>\u201cCrowne Plaza Chennai Adyar Park remains iconic for three decades with its hospitality that has evolved with the requirement of our modern business and leisure traveller.
