Nestled in the heart of Riyadh, and in close proximity to the bustling King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) and Riyadh Park along the Northern Ring Road, the forthcoming property is poised to become a cornerstone of city\u2019s evolving hospitality scene. With construction slated to commence in 2025 at the Al-Aqeeq Project Site, the property is anticipated to open by 2028.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
