As a certified sommelier holding diplomas from the Italian Sommelier Association (AIS) and the Wine &amp; Spirit Education Trust (WSET) Level 3, Maida is dedicated to furthering his expertise by pursuing his WSET Diploma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In his new capacity, Maida assumes responsibility for developing and enhancing the resort&#8217;s extensive wine program, spanning multiple dining outlets and the meticulous maintenance of the on-site wine cellar. He is committed to conducting regular training sessions for the resort&#8217;s hosts, elevating their proficiency in wine service and knowledge.
